These terms apply to the discount spin wheel on www.elabyad.com and any related El Abyad page, offer, or campaign (the “Spin Wheel”). By spinning, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator The Spin Wheel is operated by El Abyad International Ltd W.L.L. (“El Abyad”, “we”, “us”). Contact: sales@elabyad.com, +973 362 44 562.

2. Eligibility The Spin Wheel is open to customers placing a genuine order for El Abyad products or services. Employees of El Abyad, and anyone acting on their behalf, may be excluded. We may ask for a valid name, phone number, and email before a discount is applied.

3. Spin limit Each customer may spin a maximum of two (2) times in any 24-hour period. A “customer” means the same person, phone number, email address, account, device, or IP address, or any combination we reasonably treat as the same customer. Extra spins, automated spins, or spins made to bypass this limit are void.

4. Maximum saving The total discount from the Spin Wheel is capped at 5 BD (five Bahraini Dinars) per customer per order, and at 5 BD in any 24-hour period. If a result would exceed 5 BD, it is reduced to 5 BD. Discounts are not paid in cash and have no cash value.

5. How the discount works

• A winning result is a promotional discount only. It is not a prize draw and creates no right to cash, credit, or a free order beyond the stated discount.
• The discount applies to one eligible order and must be used at checkout, or quoted to sales, before the order is confirmed.
• Only one Spin Wheel discount may be used per order. It cannot be combined with other El Abyad promotions unless we say so in writing.
• The discount applies to the product or service price only, unless we state otherwise. It does not apply to delivery charges we have not agreed to waive, third-party costs, or amounts already paid.
• Minimum order value, excluded products, and expiry of a result may be shown on the wheel or at checkout. If none is shown, the result must be used on the same order session and expires if the order is not completed.

6. No transfer Results cannot be sold, transferred, or shared. We may refuse a discount if the order details do not match the customer who spun.

7. Errors and availability We may correct an obvious pricing, display, or technical error. If the wheel fails, shows the wrong result, or is unavailable, we may cancel that spin and allow a replacement spin within the limit in clause 3. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Misuse We may cancel a discount, refuse an order, or block further spins if we reasonably believe there is fraud, multiple accounts, resale of the discount, or any breach of these terms.

9. Changes These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. The version published on the website at the time you spin applies to that spin. We may also pause or end the Spin Wheel without notice.

10. Liability To the extent allowed by Bahrain law, El Abyad is not liable for loss of expected savings, technical failure, or a cancelled spin, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Courts in Bahrain have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
